1. I declare that I am above the age of 18 years and registering as channel partner with UnfoldU Foundation with my will and wish to contribute in its different causes.

2. I commit not to perform any anti-social, illegal and financially misleading activity on the name of UnfoldU Foundation/UnfoldU Group/UnfoldU Subsidiaries and understand that any kind of indiscipline and non-favourable activity done by me will be treated as an illegal act which will bring in necessary actions in force.

3. I will never be treated as employee/stake holder/investor in Unfold Foundation/UnfoldU Group/UnfoldU Subsidiaries.

4. I give my consent and permission that my activities/contribution and details provided can be used by UnfoldU Foundation for its causes in public domain/websites/social media and third party platforms.

5. I understand that by signing up as Channel Partner with UnfoldU Foundation, I shall be liable to all the Guidelines/Terms and Conditions/Policies and Procedures announced time to time.
